Oatmeal Breakfast Bars
4 c. dry oats (old-fashioned or quick cooking)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. raisins
1. Dump all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir, by hand, just until completely moistened and combined.
3. Press into a greased 13×9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into individual bars.We fixed these this morning! They were really good. Tucker ate 2 bars!!!
